2014-4Q: Billing: Salesman Details Columns option for Spreadsheets

On the total reports page - there is a new 'Add Salesman Columns to Spreadsheet' option in the 'Salesman Details' section. If selected - the following four columns will be added to all spreadsheets (apart from Summary spreadsheet):

• Value Added Reseller

• Master Agent

• Regional Sales Manager

• Salesman

Depending on the report type - entries in the spreadsheet might be grouped / summarized based on these additional four columns.
