2014-3Q: Billing: Sales & Overage Report

Two new reports have been added to SIMPLer to show figures for a customer subscription, plus any amount they have generated in overage during a specified period. The two reports are located under the Invoices tab, in the totals reports section, as per Fig. 1.

The sales & overage (per customer) will show a summary of what was billed per customer in regular subscriptions + overage. You can see an example of the report in Fig. 2.

A similar report can be found under Sales & Overage (per invoice). This report will show the same figures, but it will drill down per invoice, instead of combining multiple invoices for a certain period for one customer. See an example in Fig. 3.

Both reports are downloadable as an excel, or as a PDF.
