2014-3Q: Billing: Bank-all on totals reports

A new report has been added to the totals reports section in SIMPLer. It can be found under the Invoices tab, in the totals report section shown in Fig. 1.

The report can be found under Bank - All, and will show a summary of all payments logged in SIMPLer on the dates specified. It will show all payment types available in SIMPLer on the operators instance. The report can be downloaded in excel or PDF format.
