2013-4Q v002: Billing: "Generate Invoice" button

A 'Generate Invoice' button has been added to the 'Next Invoice Details' section of customer details page. (See Fig.1) This button allows operators to generate the next due recurring invoice.

Note: Invoice generation using this functionality does not check the invoice date. i.e. it will allow operators to manually generate a recurring invoice that is due to be generated in the future.
