2012-4Q (v002): Send Customer Invoice Receipt

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that allows an operator to send customer invoice receipts to the customer. It is hidden behind the silver envelope under the "Last 5 Invoices" section of Customer Account. For invoices that have been paid by more than one payment, a pop-up window displays a list all payments made against the invoice.
