2012-3Q (v002): Default Distributor / Value Added Reseller

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that allows operators to set up default Value Added Reseller that will affect search on sales items page.

Default Value Added Reseller can be set up under "Settings->Value Added Seller". If there is more than one "Default" checked, then the default one is selected alphabetically.
