2012-3Q (v002): Auto-Close Maintenance Tickets On Customer Status "survey failed"

A new feature has been released that allows operators to set SIMPLer system to auto-close maintenance tickets when customer status is changed to "survey failed". This feature can be enabled from the operator's WISP Settings (ie Settings -> Modify WISP: "SIMPLer Settings" section).
