2012-3Q (v002): Ability to copy invoice positions

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that allows users to create a copy of an invoice. All invoice positions that were included in the invoice that are copied will be added to the product list of a new custom invoice that is generated. The user can update the new invoice with new positions.
