2012-2Q (v002): User Password Enhancements

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that allows to specify user password constraints and expiration time

- User Password Alphanumeric Only - Specify whether the user password is alphanumeric only.

- User Password Expiration Days - Define number of days after the user password is expired.

- User Password Strength - Define what is the minimum number of characters user password should have. Please note, that password the cannot have less than 3 characters.
