2012-2Q (v002): Sites/Equipment Custom Fields

A new "availability" field has been added under "Settings->Custom Fields" that allows to define the availability of a custom field (Fig. 1). Up until now, it was only possible to define custom fields for customers only. It has been now extended to equipment and sites (Fig. 2, Fig. 3).
