2012-2Q (v002): Check for duplicate IP addresses

A new option has been added to the SIMPLer system prevents adding duplicate IP addresses to the system. In order to enable this option, go to "Settings->Modify WISP (SIMPLer Settings) section" (Fig. 1).

This feature disallows:

1) Adding IP address that are already in the database (Fig. 2).

2) Adding duplicated IP addresses to one account (Fig. 3).
