SIMPler Mobile App: Maintenance Ticket Search

The SIMPLer Mobile App now allows an operator to search for maintenance tickets using the type and subtype fields. 

To make use of this feature:
  1. Open up the mobile app, a new button has been added to allow searching based on Customers or Maintenance. 
  2. Upon selecting "Maintenance" the Tickets and Ticket Type (where it applies) menu will show.
  3. Once the required Ticket is found, click on the entry and it will open the customer page where you will be able to edit the ticket further.
