A new option has been added to SIMPLer's customer search engine that allows an Operator to search for a customer by their bank details. In order to use this option, select the "Bank Details" radiobutton from the "Search options" box and enter the appropriate bank details. The search engine will find all customers whose Bank Account Number, Bank Sort Code, Bank Account Name or Bank Online Reference match the string entered in the textfield.
