The process for Subject Access Request (SAR) has been streamlined in SIMPLer. A new section has been added to the customer record in SIMPLer on the left hand side of the customer record. The new section is shown in Fig. 1. The relevant menu for the SAR updates is called "Subject Access Request" and circled in Fig. 1. Fig. 1: Subject Access Request This section is user rights driven and it is recommended that only key staff have access to these settings. By clicking on the "Subject Access Request" shown in Fig. 1, the user can reach a console allowing them to decide how the data should be downloaded.
