A new button has been added to the maintenance ticket page labelled "email customer" as shown in Fig. 1.

The purpose of this button is to open up your email client with an email to the customer who is assigned to the ticket. The TO field will be populated with the customer email. The title field will be populated with the ticket number and the ticket title.
If you would also like the text you have typed in the "resolution" field to appear in the body of the email you can enable that option under the WISP Settings (Settings - Modify WISP) as shown in Fig. 2. The setting is called "Maintenance - Apply Resolution on "Email Customer" Click".
