2015-4Q: Billing: CAP calculations for negative amount subscriptions

A new option has been added to the WISP Settings that will allow an operator to decide on the behaviour for CREDITS added to a customer account as a NEGATIVE value subscription. If these subscriptions have a traffic allowance applied (e.g 30GB) you can now choose if adding a negative value subscription should or shouldn't carry another round of the customer's traffic limit.

For example, in the case of a customer with a monthly subscription of 30GB, that is discounted by adding a negative line item, the usual behaviour would be that both subscription have a 30GB allowance. To remove the "30GB" from the negative subscription you could set the "CAP calculations for negative amount subscriptions" to "Remove from CAP".

The "CAP calculations for negative amount subscriptions" option (Fig. 2) can be found under the WISP Settings (Fig.1)
