2019-2Q: SIMPLer: Operator defined Maintenance States
A new feature has been added to enhance the ticket functionality. It allows for an operator to define their own maintenance ticket states
To make use of this feature:
1. Go to Settings -> Maintenance States

2. Define custom maintenance states and click "Update"

3. When adding/updating the ticket created states should be available
