1. Failed Auto-Payment Subscriber Notifications Overview

The feature enables sending an email notification to a customer when the auto-payment process for this customer will fail. To enable or disable this feature use 'Auto-Payment Failure - Subscriber Notification' parameter in WISP Settings (Fig.1). In default setting it is disabled.

2. Subscriber Notifications Email setup

The default email is defined (Fig. 2, example Fig. 3), but you are able to define your own template (to find more information how to do it you can find it here:
