The SIMPLer system has been upgraded to add the ability for operators to specify the maintenance issue types for which they want to be noticed via email. When a maintenance ticket is created, an email with the ticket details will be sent to the specified email addresses.
In order to use this feature, go to the global WISP settings (Users -> Modify WISP) and populate the following fields:
Field (1): Maintenance issue types for which email will be sent.
Field (2): Textfield to collect destination email addresses. Click the 'Add' button to add the current email address to the address list underneath.
*Note: If no maintenance issue types are selected, or if no destination email addresses are specified, this function will be disabled.
When a maintenance issue with a specified type is created, an email with the ticket details will be sent to the destination email addresses.
