2020-2Q: Blank Default Ticket Type

A new feature has been added to allow operators the ability of setting maintenance ticket types to default to blank. 

This is useful when users create tickets and there is concern that the correct ticket type may not be selected.

To make use of this feature:

    1. Hover over Maintenance
    2. Click    => Ticket Types
        Check the box “Default Blank on Selection Lists”
