2019-3Q: SIMPLer: New Activated Customer - SAND Defer Date

A new feature has been added that allows Operator to defer SAND (Subscriber Auto Notification/Disconnection) for the newly activated customers. The option can be found under Settings -> Modify WISP (SAND section)

To make use of this feature:

    1. Fill in number of defer days in the field below (Fig 1)

    2. For example if you enter "20 days" and customer gets activated on Jul 1st, 2019 - SAND will be deferred until Jul 21st, 2019

NOTE: you need to enter "20 days" not just "20" - the same as for other SAND settings
