2017-1Q: MasterPortal: View "My tickets" / "My group tickets"

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer MasterPortal (used for operators with multiple instances of SIMPLer) that will allow users to view their own tickets or to view their own group tickets. By clicking "My Tickets" the search engine will show all the tickets associated with the User ID. To associate a ticket with User ID one has to:
  • associate "ownership" name with a user ID (https://sites.google.com/a/azotel.com/wiki/simpler-features/features-index-1/2017-1q-simpler-tie-ownership-with-user-id)
  • associate ticket with "ownership" name that is tied to that user ID (this is done in the ownership section of the ticket).
By clicking "My Group Tickets" the search engine will show all the tickets associated with  user group that user belongs to. To associate a ticket with usergroup one has to:
  • associate ticket type with usergroup that user belongs to (https://sites.google.com/a/azotel.com/wiki/simpler-features/features-index-1/2017-1q-simpler-tie-ticket-type-with-user-group)
  • set the ticket type to the one that is tied to that group name (this is done in the type section of the ticket).
