2019-1Q Auto Create Ticket


The purpose of this feature is to automatically create a CI / Ticket when a Customer / Subscriber is moved to the CURRENT state. In order to enable the feature, please go to "Global W/ISP Settings" in SIMPLer:


    • Activate Customer - Autocreate Ticket
      Used to determine the ticket type that should be automatically created when activating customer
    • Activate Customer - Autocreate Ticket - copy last Installation Ticket resolution
      If ON, then this flag will ensure that the resolution from the Installation Ticket / CI will get copied across to the new ticket. 
    • Activate Customer - Autocreate Ticket title 
      Allows the operator to set the Ticket Title to whatever is required. 

An example application for this functionality is where an Operator would like to add a step in the workflow where an individual / department needs to be notified whenever a new Customer gets installed.
